SHOOT DAY

Please arrange a half hour buffer before and after the shoot for both preparation and overspill time.

DEPOSITS:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to reserve a session (this goes towards your total price). Please remember to coordinate with your work, your school, and your representation. Let them know you won’t be available the day of your shoot. Rescheduling may occur up to one full week before a shoot. If a client were to reschedule for any reason with less than one full week’s notice, they would lose the deposit. You may reschedule your appointment twice. If a client were to reschedule an appointment three times, they would lose their deposit. The shoot must occur within a year of the initial deposit, or the deposit will be lost.

DELIVERABLES

  • Contact sheet with thumbnail previews for image selection

  • All final images delivered in high resolution export

  • All final images are processed with a simple post-production (general clean up, color grading).

  • All final images will be available in a downloadable file a week after your shoot.


CREATIVE: 

  • Shot list corresponds to the final deliverables (for example: The simple package includes 2 final images which means the possibility of two shots - two outfits, two locations

  • All shots are taken on location (unless studio is opted for, at additional cost.


ADDITIONAL: 

  • For post-production and licensing, additional images at $100-150 each.

  • Images can be delivered in maximum resolution export for $25 each.

  • For studio, an additional $75 is charged per shoot.

  • Extensive Retouching (includes skin softening, highlighting, blemish removal, dodging and burning and sharpening) $50 per image.

Refunds We do not offer refunds but we believe you will love your images.

Preparing for the shoot:

1. Feel free to ask to review the photos during the session.

2. Tell us what you like in our portfolio and we will do our best to achieve your desired aesthetic.

3. Make sure you arrive feeling fresh and with your desired outfits.

Copyrights / Usage: Clients are welcome to use these images to promote themselves on their own websites or the websites of their acting representatives, submit prints for potential work or representation, upload to Industry websites and blogs such as IMDB, etc. The images may not be used for commercial purposes, or by any 3rd party without my written consent. Please feel free to ask if you're not clear on the reasons behind limitations on usage.
